There seems to be a strong influence on young models to be thin. As a modeling agent, I am surprised at how many models come to me dangerously too thin. The model diet should be eating healthy, and that includes eating breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus a couple of light snacks when needed. Stick to healthy fruits and veggies if you are worried, but do not skip food groups in an attempt to be thin. The best route is exercise to manage weight. Starving only harms you long term.
