Your body needs more water to keep you hydrated, Keep in mind that the best source of hydration is water. Juices and soda’s have a lot of sugar and add unnecessary calories to your diet. Try mineral water, or flavored mineral water for a change of pace. I love to add a slice of lemon or lime to my water to keep it fresh. As the weather cools down, this is not a time to cut back on your water either. Just keep drinking, add some herbal teas to warm up if need be
