Maddy] Tell me about the relationship a model should expect to have with her agency.
[Natasha] The relationship with your agency is a partnership. Many models feel that their agent works for them, and many agent take the same stance with their models. This attitude creates resentment on both sides. As a model working with an agent, and I have been on both sides, I can say that when honesty and communication are open there are no limits to the success that can be created. I would remind models that there is no other business out there where someone is betting that you will work and does not get paid unless you show up. That is faith, faith in you, the model.
